Welcome to MotoTrail! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MotoTrail mobile application and services ("Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using MotoTrail.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MotoTrail. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may use MotoTrail without creating an account, or optionally sign in to unlock additional features. Any data linked to your profile is kept secure and minimal.
MotoTrail enables you to track and view your rides, trips, and stats. You are solely responsible for your riding behavior and compliance with local traffic laws while using the app.
We prioritize user privacy and data protection. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled.
We may occasionally send you updates, feature announcements, or promotional messages. You can opt out of non-essential communication at any time.
We use anonymized analytics to understand usage trends and improve MotoTrail. No personally identifiable data is used for this purpose.
MotoTrail, including its name, logo, design, and all original content, is the property of MotoTrail and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use MotoTrail for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected.
We employ industry-standard practices to protect your data. While we strive for maximum security, no system is completely immune to potential breaches.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of MotoTrail.
MotoTrail and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury during rides.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted within the app or on our website.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MotoTrail at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Court of Croatia. The arbitration shall take place in Split, Croatia, and proceedings will be in English.
